Gradska opstina Palilula

At the twenty-fifth session of the Municipal Assembly of Palilula, held on December 18, 2019, in the Hall of the Niš Cultural Center, Decisions on the budget of the City Municipality of Palilula for 2020 were adopted. According to the Head of Finance, Ivan Dragisic, the budget of Palilula Municipality in 2012 will be 145,258,942.00 dinars.

The budget was previously considered and adopted by the Municipal Councils after a public debate. President of Palilula Municipality Aleksandar Zdrale points out that this budget foresees, as in previous years, care for the poorest citizens from the territory of Palilula municipality, money intended for associations of citizens in the field of culture, sports, as well as funds for pre-school institutions and primary schools. For the first time after many years, there are also funds for the construction of uncategorized roads in the amount of ten million dinars.

At this session of the Assembly, chaired by Adriana Anastasov, the Personnel Plan for 2020 was approved and explained by the Head of Palilula Municipal Administration, Marija Brajdić. The councilors of the Municipality of Palilula gave their previous, positive opinion on the proposal of the Business Program for 2020: PUC “Directorate for Construction of the City of Niš”, PUC “Directorate for Public Transport of the City of Niš”, PUC “Market”, PE “Bureau for Urban Planning”, PUC” Gorica “, PE” NIŠSTAN “, PUC” Mediana “, PUC” City heating plant “, PUC” Unified toll “, PUC” Naisus “, PUC” Parking service “, PE” City housing agency “.

Prior opinion was given on the proposal of the City of Niš Development Program for 2020 and the Program of Construction Land Development and Construction of the City of Niš with the Financial Plan for 2020.
