Gradska opstina Palilula

The fifteenth regular session of the Municipal Assembly of Palilula, chaired by Adriana Anastasov, was held on 12 September in the hall of the Niš Cultural Center. After the adoption of the minutes from the 14th regular session of the Assembly, the agenda has been considered. After the introductory address by the heads of the Management Board, Marija Brajdić, they adopted the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Administration. The reason for the adoption of this Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Organization of the Administration of the City Municipality is contained in the necessity of establishing a system in the performance of tasks within the scope of the Administration, which would enable a greater degree of control and accountability, as well as more efficient and economical performance of the work.

“The administration of the City Municipality is obliged to provide every citizen with equal legal protection in exercising rights, obligations and interests. In the procedure before the Administration of the City Municipality, in which the rights, obligations and interests of citizens and legal entities are settled, the provisions of the Law on General Administrative Procedure are applied, explained the proposal of the decision of the head of the Municipal administration, Marija Brajdić. This amendment to the decision on the organization of the administration envisages the division of finance, property, and communal affairs sections into two sections: the finance department and the property and legal affairs department, in which various tasks and tasks are performed.

This decision does not provide for the appointment of the Cabinet of the President of the Municipality and will respect the existing number of employees, envisaged by the Decision on the maximum number of employees. Municipal President Aleksandar Ždrale pointed out that the Municipal leadership advocates more efficient work of Municipal administration and a greater degree of communication with citizens. At the fifteenth session of the Assembly, the Decisions on the dismissal and appointment of members and deputy members of the Municipal Election Commission of the Municipal Municipality of Palilula were adopted.
