Within the SUMMER CAMPAIGN of voluntary blood donation – “Your five minutes, somebody’s whole life”, the Municipality of Palilula hosted this humane action. Citizens, as well as the employees of Palilula Municipality, supported the summer campaign of the Institute for Blood Transfusion and offered the precious liquid.

“We have excellent cooperation with the Blood Transfusion Institute in Nis, said the President of the Municipality of Palilula, Aleksandar Ždrale. We traditionally sent a call to volunteer blood donors to respond and participate in this activity, not only for me but also a large number of our councilors and employees in the municipality Palilula responded to the invitation that is especially pleasing to me. With this action, we want to show by personal example how one can help the citizens to preserve their health and save the lives of the people, “said the President of the Municipality of Palilula, Aleksandar Ždrale.

Institute for blood transfusion in Nis invites voluntary donors from 18 to 65 years of age, every working day from 08 to 19 hours, and on Saturdays from 8 to 14 hours. The action “Your 5 Minutes” in the Municipality of Palilula, in this cycle, gave good results.
