Gradska opstina Palilula

According to tradition, the Municipality of Palilula-Niš, for twelve years in a row, promotes the CALENDAR with photographs of the best students and students attending educational institutions in the territory of the Municipality of Palilula. The promotion and presentation of the CALENDAR for 2020 “BEST AMONG THE BEST” in the municipality of Palilula, was held on December 24th at the Nis Cultural Center.

Palilula City Municipality, in its Development Strategy, devoted considerable space to linking education, science, and local self-government. Our activity is primarily focused on improving and reforming work in primary and secondary schools and faculties in Palilula area, education, and training of employed and unemployed staff, promoting interested young pupils and students in science and art, sharing scientific and professional information.

The best ones are here today with us, but also on the pages of our CALENDAR for 2020. The photos were created in the authentic ambiance of our Palilula and are taken by Dragan Zivkovic, TV cameraman and art photographer, said the President of the Municipality, Aleksandar Zdrale. After the call for proposals, we received the names of the top 200 students. The proposal was submitted by THREE faculties, THREE high schools, TWO special schools and SEVEN elementary schools operating on the territory of Palilula municipality said the President.

Following the presentation of the calendar, Aleksandar Ždrale congratulated the upcoming New Year and Christmas holidays to the best students, students but also professors-directors of schools and deans of the faculty, and wished much success in education and life and successful cooperation.
