FREE LEGAL AID

The right to free legal advice at the premises of Palilula Municipality is for all persons on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 09.00 am to 14.00 pm.

The right to the realization of legal aid services, citizens realize under the following conditions:

• residing in the territory of Palilula Municipality.
• being financially vulnerable (social cards holders or material support, or an income per household member does not exceed RSD 8,000.00).
• Persons who have their rights as a disabled war veteran, peacetime disabled, disabled at-during work, family disabled, civil disabled, members of their their families, refugees, expelled and displaced persons.
• The unemployed who are registered with the National Employment Service and are regularly reported by the National Employment Service.

Legal assistance will be provided to citizens in the form of verbal advice, compiling submissions (complaints, requests, applications, legal remedies), documents (contract, statement, legacy), give information on the procedure, terms and conditions for the exercise of rights and fulfillment of obligations with the relevant authorities.
