In Niš will be changed the decision on determining the type of the land for determining property tax, which will reduce the multiplied tax demands, as they came to the addresses of thousands of people from Nis.

The councilors will decide on this already on Tuesday, when the session of the City assembly is scheduled only with that item on the agenda. The new decision provides that construction land will be used exclusively for agricultural production and taxed as agricultural land.

Otherwise, the most drastic example of the increase in the tax solution is the household from Donje Medjurovo – last year it was supposed to pay 1.700 RSD, and this year even 146.000 RSD.
