Respected teachers, headmasters, tutors, and professors,

On behalf of the management and administration of Palilula Municipality, on the occasion of January 27th, school education day and St. Sava Day, the first Serbian archbishop and enlightener, the father of Serbian statehood, founder of Serbian diplomacy, education, literature, legislation and health, I extend my sincerest congratulations.

Education is the best way to form a personality and build a modern society. So one has to follow the enlightenment educational ideas and find inspiration for your activities in the rich heritage of Saint Sava. It is the responsibility of the local authorities to assist you along the way. I want to commemorate this day, in memory of the Serbian Archbishop and Enlightenment of Saint Sava, your teaching staff, students and students in a good mood and with good thoughts.
