Gradska opstina Palilula

As part of the project “Public debates for public affairs and good decisions – we build open administration through building trust and citizen participation”, which was supported by the Swiss Government project “Together for an active civil society – ACT”, implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and Civic Initiatives , the Media and Reform Center of Niš and the City Municipality of Palilula work in partnership to build trust through the process of making a Decision on public hearings with accompanying documents.

The Decision on Public Hearings was created through consultations with the participation of focus groups-representatives of the business community, the media and civil society organizations, and in addition to the Decision on Public Hearings, the following documents were prepared: a) Instructions on the implementation of the procedure for informing parties about the procedures that are in process before the administration of GO Palilula and for informing citizens about changes in local regulations and b) Program of public discussion. The City Municipality of Palilula is putting up for public hearing the Decision on public hearings under the Program of Public Hearing, which should last in the period from June 22 to July 15, 2022.

The public reading of the draft Decision will be held on July 19, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the large hall of the Niš Cultural Center at ul. Stanoja Bunuševca bb, 18000 Niš, and the public hearing is extended until Friday, July 22.
