Gradska opstina Palilula

The Academy of Fine Arts, Faculty of Sport and Physical Education celebrated 46 years of existence. In the presence of numerous guests, the Rector of the University of Nis, the representatives of the University of Niš, the members of local self-government – the president of the City Municipality of Palilula, Aleksandar Ždrale and the member of the Council of the City of Niš, Branimir Kačar, professors and faculty assistants and a large number of students, marked this anniversary.

According to the dean of this prestigious educational institution, prof. Dr. Milovan Bratić, the faculty is listed on the Shanghai list of the best faculties dealing with sports science, among the top 300 faculties in the world. The social community recognizes the need for educated staff of this profession, and professors and associates of the faculty with persistent work contribute to the increasing scientific and teaching results in working with students.

The Rector of the University of Niš, prof. Dr. Dragan Antić at this ceremony, which was enriched with music in the excellent performance of the quartet “Creativo”, the awards of the Faculty and the award of the sponsorship to the best students by years of study and results in competitions were presented.
