Gradska opstina Palilula

The Municipality of Palilula, on the occasion of Vidovdan celebration, traditionally awarded the most successful pupils of the generation in primary schools from the territory of the Municipality of Palilula. The reception of pupils, school representatives and ceremonies for presenting gifts were done at the Port of Saborna Crkva (Orthodox Temple) in the presence of the Mayor of Niš and the priest Branko Cincarevic. The awards of the Municipality of Palilula, wristwatch “NAUTICA”, for the best students and students of the generation, on occasion of Vidovdan, were presented by Aleksandar Ždrale, President of Palilula Municipality.

The “VIDOVDAN ACADEMY” was organized by the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Nis Eparchy, the Cathedral of the Holy Assembly of the Holy Virgin on the Apostles with the blessing of His Grace, Bishop of Nis, G. Arsenije, was held in the Port of Nis Cathedral. This year’s orator was Dr Aleksandar Djordjevic, professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Nis. The organization of the St Sava Academy is signed by the Administration of the Assembly Hall, the City of Niš, the the Land Army Command of Serbia, the Nis church-singing society “Branko” and all city municipalities.
