This year, the President of the Municipality attended the ceremony on the occasion of starting the first grade of thepupils also at the “Branko Radičević” school in Gabrovac.

On this occasion, he handed the school bags and school supplies to the first graders”, the gift of the company Hijeroglif and the Municipality of Palilula, and he wished much success in education.

School “Brano Radičević” in Gabrovac marked the 140th anniversary of existence and successful work at the beginning of this year. According to the school’s director, Glorija Radojcic, 13 students were enrolled in the first grade, 11 in Gabrovac and two in the detached department of the school in Vukmanovo village. This school year there were no first graders in Berbatovo, but the next year there will be five pupils. And in this school, there is a great effort to provide students with the necessary working conditions.
