The long-standing problem of the neglected Old Cemetery must be permanently solved in order to finally become a Memorial Complex, it is pointed out in Palilula Municipality. Now, there is full support and understanding for that from the Mayor of the City of Nis, says the President of the Municipality of Palilula, Bratislav Vuckovic.

This was the reason for the visit of the workers by the Mayor and the President on the spot, but also accompanied by Municipal councilors, directors of public utility companies whose workers are engaged in landscaping, members of the Circle of Serbian Sisters , representatives of the Association of Creators of Nis, Stari Nis, Nis Diocese and students of Nis schools.
