Gradska opstina Palilula

The second session of the Committee on System Affairs and Administration of the SCTM, chaired by Marija Brajdić, Head of the Administration of the Palilula Municipality, Niš, was held on April 11 and 12, 2019 in Ruma. In the work of the Committee, from Palilula Municipality of Palilula, Nataša Pećić-Kostadinović was also involved. The members of the Committee presented the findings of the “Analysis of the impact of the harmonization of regulations within the negotiation chapter 23 (Judiciary and Fundamental Rights) on local self-government in the Republic of Serbia” – author Ivana Radić Milosavljević.

On the second day, the process of drafting an agreement on inter-municipal cooperation was put in process, and the draft model of the joint ombudsman agreement and on joint inspection (communal, traffic and road inspection) – proposals and comments.
