In order to achieve complete customer satisfaction, service-citizens of Palilula Municipality with the existing resources of the Municipal administration opened ‘Office for quick answers”. This provides a modern exchange of information that takes place in a way that interested citizens can submit requests to the Service Center Counter-Administration of Municipality of Paliula, or by e-mail and phone. Submitted requests of citizens are processed within 48 hours and applicants receive feedback within three days. With this, problems are avoided in the work of local self-government and the previous practice delay in solving communal problems, transferring jurisdiction and authorization from one service company, and other organizations in the ‘silence’ of the administration.
