On behalf of the management and administration of the City Municipality of Palilula, on the occasion of marking January 27, the school celebration and the Day of St. Sava, the first Serbian archbishop and educator, the father of Serbian statehood, the founder of Serbian diplomacy, education, literature, legislation and health, I sincerely congratulate you all this day.

Education is the best way to form a personality and build a modern society. So, follow the enlightenment ideas and find inspiration for your activities in the rich heritage of St. Sava. It is the duty of local authorities to help you on this journey. I wish that this day, in memory of the Serbian archbishop and enlightener Saint Sava, your teaching staff, students and students to celebrate in good mood and with beautiful thoughts.
