NIKOLA BOŽIĆ, BSc in Economics and Master of Environmental Protection, was elected President of the Assembly of Palilula Municipality by the decision of the councilors (voting 24 for and against).
Bozic was born on September 25, 1985 in Nis. He finished primary and secondary school in his hometown. He obtained the title of graduate economist at the Alpha University in Belgrade and the title of Master at the Faculty of Occupational Safety of the University of Nis. From 2004 to 2014, he worked for Eurokomerc D.O.O. as an accountant and since 2014 Bozic has been appointed head of the financial and accounting sector. Since 2012, he has been engaged as a coordinator of project activities in Palilula Municipality. From 2016 to 2020, he performed the duty of vice president of Palilula Municipality in Nis. He speaks English. He is a member of the SNS.
JOVICA DAMNJANOVIĆ, graduated lawyer (1976), was appointed Secretary of Palilula Municipal Assembly. He has more than 20 years of work experience in domestic and international development projects. He worked on projects of reform and modernization of local self-government units as an associate of the Standing Conference of Cities and Municipalities and the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government. Jovica was a long-term associate of the World Bank for the procedure and system of issuing construction permits in the Republic of Serbia. He is well acquainted with the system of public administration in our country and has experience in working with cities and municipalities in the region of Southeast Europe – Bulgaria, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Ukraine.
