Gradska opstina Palilula

The application “Komunalko” was created in order to facilitate communication between the citizens of the City Municipality of Palilula in Nis and communal services. The application gathers all public communal institutions of the City of Nis in one place for easier solving of citizens’ problems.

Citizens can download the application from the Google Play store for free, and no registration is required to use it. It works so that the users of the application can report the problem via their smartphone, describe and possibly take a picture, and the Municipality of Palilula will delegate the solution to that problem to the competent service.

Citizens can follow the current status of each reported problem via the website: Palilula Municipality in the “Applications” section. Also, in the application, you can find the phone numbers of all public utilities in the city.
