The administration of Palilula Municipality is proud to present you the first Citizen Guide through the budget of our Municipality. This document will help you to better understand the budget – how to fill up the Municipal cash register, and what it is spent on it, which are the most important projects to be financed from the proposed budget. In addition to the most important information about the planned budget for 2019, this document also provides you with information about the circumstances and guidelines that we were guided in the preparation of the budget.

This civic guide aims to make it easier to navigate in the most important financial document of Palilula Municipality and to make the budget more intelligible to all citizens. It represents the beginning of the involvement of citizens in the process of adopting the Budget Decree, which will be continued through a public debate where all interested citizens will take part. The exact date and time of the public debate will be published in a timely manner on the website of the Municipality of Palilula.
