Gradska opstina Palilula

The Head of the Administration of the City Municipality of Palilula – Niš, in accordance with the Law on Employees and the received opinion of the Council for Professional Development of Employees in Local Self-Government Units, adopted a special program of professional development in the Administration of the Palilula Municipality – Niš for the year 2022 entitled “Communication skills and business etiquette”. The implementation of the planned training-webinar took place on Thursday, December 8, in the office of the president of the Municipality and the training was organized for the employees of the Administration and heads of departments. The lecturer, Ivana Jocić Veselić, introduced the participants to the training with: 

History of business etiquette; 

Verbal and non-verbal business communication-protocol; 

Business etiquette- business behavior; 

Codes and advice on business appearance and dress;

Conflicts at work – types and ways of solving them. (D.V)
