The mayors of Niš Dragana Sotirovski and East Sarajevo Ljubiša Ćosić signed an Agreement on the establishment of cooperation between the two cities on December 12 in the City Hall in Niš. This event was also attended by Bratislav Vučković, the President of the City Municipality of Palilula Niš.

Before the agreement was signed, a working meeting of the delegations of the two cities was held, in which the head of the Representation of the Republic of Srpska in Serbia, Mlađen Cicović, took part.”The representative office continuously works on cooperation between Serbia and Srpska by organizing visits of republican and delegations of cities and municipalities from Srpska to cities and municipalities in Serbia. This significant meeting in Niš and the signing of an agreement on concrete cooperation between the two big cities is a contribution to the overall cooperation between the Republika Srpska and Serbia”, it was stated in the announcement.
