Gradska opstina Palilula

Traditional event, PALILULAEVENING IN PALILULA GARDEN 2021, which was held on Wednesday, June 2, in front of the Nis Cultural Center, as part of the celebration of Saint day of Nis, gathered a large number of citizens. Among the guests were His Excellency the Ambassador of Sweden to Serbia Jan Lundin, the Mayor of Nis Dragana Sotirovski, the President of the City Assembly of Nis Dr. Boban Džunić, Archpriest Staurophore Branko Cincarević. The organizer of the program was Palilula Municipality. The participants of the program and the citizens were greeted by the president of the Municipality of Palilula, Bratislav Vuckovic.

The program called PALILULA EVENING IN THE PALILULA GARDEN 2021 began with the performance of KUD ABRAŠEVIĆ and the Ensemble of Folk Songs and Games-MOZAIK, Dance School BLACK DIAMOND and children’s choir MAGIC NOTE. After the addressing of the Mayor, the Ambassador of Sweden, the archpriest of the staurophore Branko Cincarević and the president of the Municipality of Palilula, first DRAGANA MOLES performed. The promotion of six books by the authors has been announced: Ana Ilić, Negosava Stanojević-Blag reč, Nebojša Ozimić-Palilulske price, Časlav Sibinović-Fudbal u Palilula, Vlada Vucković-Niške price, Dejan Stojiljković-Konstantinovo raskršće.

The atmosphere was stirred by the performance of the pop-rock band LA CAMPANELA, BATA ZLATKOVIĆ – author and performer, rock band KRAMER, GALE KERBER, RIKI, IVANA and the THIRD HALF (Zana Zanfirović), GROŠ – old town music, VAROŠANI – old town music. Around 22:30 until midnight, BLACK MAMBAS performed – Neša Saita – jazz, blues, Roma music. For the visitors of the manifestation “PALILULA EVENING”, the tourist and catering representatives prepared a cauldron. They were also declared the best. (D. Vidojkovic)
