The sixth meeting of the SCTM Network for Human Resource Management in Local Government is underway in Kragujevac (December 12). About 100 participants from about 60 local governments are discussing the role of HRM officers as a communicator in local government, and training will be held on communication skills.
This meeting is attended by Natasa Pecic Kostadinovic, Dragan Terzic and Tatjana Kocic from Palilula Municipality.

As announced by representatives of the National Employment Service and the Central Registry of Compulsory Social Security (CROSO), they will talk about the new unique occupational code and the obligation of employers to update the CROSO database with these codes. On the second day of the meeting, on Friday, December 13th, #MDULS and #NAJU coordinators will present papers in the field of their work, and certificates will be presented to the trainees who have successfully completed the online training on the topic “Vocational Training”.
