” Naissus Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, under the conductor baton of Zoran Andric, held its fourth traditional concert on the stage of Bubanj Memorial Park on Sunday, July 14th. The program of the Philharmonic Orchestra this year featured Rosini’s “Stabat Mater” and on stage with three fists, under the open sky, the Belgrade Soloists Choir, as well as special guests – soprano Sanja Kerekez, mezzo soprano Natasa Rasic, tenor Paolo Atogoneti, and bassist Federico Beneti.
According to conductor Zoran Andric, this is a unique musical spectacle in Serbia from which, in addition to an unforgettable experience, we send messages of peace and love in the world. “We perform Rosini’s Stabat Mater, which is especially demanding for the tenor, so I hope that the audience will be satisfied and support the peace,” said tenor Paolo Atogoneti from Italy, who attended the reception at the City Hall with other soloists.
The concert was sponsored by the City of Niš – Palilula Municipality and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, and technical support was provided by the Serbian Army. This year, for all interested citizens, free buses were organized to Bubanj Memorial Park, from 8 pm, from King Alexander Square.
