Gradska opstina Palilula

Promotion of the mobile application `KOMUNALKO` – for reporting municipal problems in the City Municipality of Palilula, was organized on October 31 in NKC – Niš Cultural Center. According to the president of the Municipality of Palilula, Aleksandar Ždrale, the development of Komunalko app started with the cooperation of the Young Ambassadors – Creative Team, KreNI2 – Creative Industries Conference with the Municipality of Palilula, at the end of 2016.

Using this application will enable more efficient communication between the citizens of the Municipality of Palilula in Niš and the City’s municipal services. The app connects all public utility institutions of the city of Niš in one place to facilitate the solving of citizens’ problems.

Vukašin Stanojević, a student, who was one of the authors of the application, introduced the present citizens’ representatives, municipal administrations, journalists on how to install and use the application, “The application works by asking users to report a problem through their smartphone, describe and possibly make a photo, Palilula will delegate to the competent service a solution to this problem, explained the author of the application. This event was attended by Branko Krsmanovic, president of the organization Youth Ambassadors and a representative of Societe Generale Bank, who financially supported the project with the Municipality of Palilula.
